On June 15th, 1951, Falcone ordered Vito and Joe to kill Clemente and his men while they're holding a family meeting at the Empire Arms Hotel. When Falcone realized what Clemente was doing, he decided that Clemente had to be assassinated. Sam tells them that Tommy is Don Salieri's favorite driver, and then Dino and Lou turn around and leave after Paulie holds them at gunpoint and tells them to leave the neighborhood or die. Dino and Lou arrive shortly thereafter and demand they hand Tommy over. Tommy eventually runs to Salieri's Bar where he meets up with Sam and Paulie. Tommy got up and shoved Dino into Lou, giving him just enough time to run off as the gangsters chased after him and shot at him. While Tommy Angelo was taking a break, Lou wrecked his taxi with a baseball bat, while Dino dragged him out and beat him up for previously helping Sam Trapani and Paulie Lombardo escape from Morello's men after they held him at gunpoint and demanded he drive them to safety. Lou is one of Morello's soldatos, along with Dino Sondrini. Lou is a character in Mafia: Definitive Edition.
